Whatever we become in this life, regardless of our profession, the position we occupy in society, the size of our income, first of all, each of us cares about life and home comfort. The simplest and most necessary thing in everyday life is electricity – with the light of a light bulb, which today we associate our native hearth, especially if You are a city dweller. Residents of Tajikistan have witnessed difficulties with electricity supply in the country for many years. Problems with power outages have many causes. One of the problems is power outages in the autumn-winter period in Tajikistan, which has been quite acute for a long time. At the beginning of the season, consumers were promised that they would have access to electricity for at least 12 hours a day, but in reality, electricity was supplied in some places for no more than 4 hours. This increased the opposition of consumers and reduced their level of trust in suppliers.
To clarify the electricity supply schedule and provide an alternative, verified information to interested parties, the Union of consumers of Tajikistan created the national network of volunteers “BARKNEST” in 2012, which is still active today. The network consists of 60 volunteers living in various districts and cities of Tajikistan. Volunteers transmit daily information about the electricity supply schedule to the consumers ‘ Union, which is entered daily in the electricity supply section of this site. In this section of the site, you can find the actual schedule of electricity supply in the country.
The state makes a certain contribution to solving problems by ensuring an uninterrupted power supply today. In particular, these are the developed programs of public investment in the sphere, as well as the created legal framework for relations between consumers and suppliers. This framework made it possible to clearly define the rights and obligations of suppliers and the rights and obligations of consumers. Our task is to promote the application of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan in practice, observing our obligations to suppliers and defending our rights and legitimate interests.
